Anne Pohtamo was crowned Miss Universe in 1975. Ten years later she released a series of then popular aerobic exercise records, of which the two first ones entered the official charts. Here’s a top 3:

Anne Pohtamo is now pregnant, but that doesn’t stop her from recording work-out albums. Exercise routine now set to all Italian music, with artists like Toto Cutugno, Gianni Togno and Daniela Goggi. Leotard this time by “Balloon”, which sounds reasonable considering the pregnancy.
But is it safe to work out during pregnancy?
